Common Questions Before You Reach Out
None. The consultation is a site visit where Retro assesses your structure and gives you a clear picture of what you're dealing with. No scope of work gets recommended until we understand the actual problem. If it turns out the project isn't the right fit for Retro, we'll tell you that too.
We’ll review your message and get back to you as soon as we can. If your request is time-sensitive, include that in your message along with any relevant project details so we can respond appropriately.
Absolutely. Retro regularly works alongside structural engineers, building envelope consultants and other project professionals. If you already have an engineer or consultant involved, we can coordinate directly with them on the assessment, specifications and construction scope.
Retro works on commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia and across Canada. Send us your project location and a brief description of the work and we can let you know whether it falls within our service area.
That’s a good reason to contact us. You don’t need to know exactly what the problem is before reaching out. Tell us what you’re seeing, such as cracking, leaking, spalling, corrosion or other deterioration, and we can help determine the appropriate next step.
