Retro removed the failed, existing traffic deck membrane by heavy grinding and Blastrac to prepare the surface for a new heavy duty extreme-wear traffic deck membrane to withstand the harsh winters in Prince George. The work was performed on a tight 4-week timeline and the parkade was open, in sections, while work was being completed.
